Founded in 1985, Mr. Lafferty has served as president of Lafferty Development. Lafferty Development has served as a general contractor, and a design / build land developer for various types of projects. It is also a private holding company which specializes in investment, asset management, owning and operating companies in the following sectors: land entitlement, design / build developments and general contracting construction.

Co-Founded in 2010, Mr. Lafferty has served as President at Blue Renewable Energy Holdings (BREH), a privately owned solar power company. Blue Renewable Energy as a power producer and development company focused on PV solar installations. BREH owns and operates 30 solar facilities at Arizona State University and Yuma regional airport. Blue Rewable Energy's largest PV solar design / build development was at the Indianapolis 500 Speedway with over a 12MW ground mount installation.

Founded in 2009, Mr. Lafferty has served for thirty three years as president of Lafferty Electric Technologies, LLC ("LET"). LET, has specialized in commercial / industrial electrical installations, solar installations, and since their inception has completed $400M of electrical installations and 20MW of design / build solar installations.

Founded in 1996, Mr. Lafferty served as CEO for Laguna Del Mar, Sa De Cv (“LDM”). LDM was a 3000 acre master planned community in Puerto Penasco. This community includes Jack Nicklaus signature golf course. Once completed, the development was valued at seventy five million and sold in 2004 to a group of land owners from Mexico and Spain.

Lafferty Electric partnered with Grupo Uno in Mexico City 1993 - 1997. The NAFTA Joint-Venture was created to take advantage of the strengths of both countries providing modern state of the art electrical installations in Mexico. The Joint-Venture specialized in performing electrical installations in power generation; prime generation, co-generations and UPS back-up electrical systems.
