The role of Station Supervisor oversees the execution of timeline and regulatory compliance at departure/arrival gates by ensuring tools and equipment are available and working for employees to perform their job functions effectively, and by investigating reports of delays and other irregular flight activity. As a people leader, the Supervisor leads and establishes priorities for Customer Service Agents and assists with customer relations to ensure passenger service standards are maintained.

Conduct the load control accuracy, practicality, and procedural compliance so that output is of a high standard with regard to safety and quality. And ensure all aircraft are operated within their operational limits regarding weight and balance. Active coordination and supervision of all turnarounds of our customer airlines.

Optimization of equipment, manning levels, and shift patterns to ensure consistent & effective service delivery to comply with contract scope and service level agreements. And implement and consistently deliver cost-effective cargo ramp service to agreed scope, standard, and customer satisfaction. Effectively communicate relevant aspects of service delivery, internally and externally to meet customer expectations.

- Handle day to day engineering related enquires.- Undertake engineering investigations, designs, and works projects.- Utilise computer software system (MircoStation, AutoCAD, GIS...etc) to prepare engineering designs.- Delivery of survey applicate to undertake design and contract of projects.
