Part of a new team responsible to reduce Uline’s Unclaimed Property accounts. • Assigned specific states and performed 35 – 60 unclaimed property calls daily.• Worked with current and former customers to refund overpayments and unused credits.• Coordinated refund of overpayments ranging from $2,500 to $10,000.• Performed research to find out who was entitled to overpayments if a company was sold or no longer in business.• Provided feedback to help shape policies and procedures.• Maintained weekly database and provided feedback to Unclaimed Property Manager.
