My wife (who’s spent most of her adult life in marketing) and I opened Green Ivy Creative in 2020. When you work with us, you’ll hear from me on the front end of things, but work closely with her when it comes to all things digital, from website development and digital marketing to content and search engine optimization (SEO). Our passion is working with small, locally owned businesses that may not be able to afford to hire a big company to do it for them or otherwise have to figure it out on their own.

When Strauss Lock Distributors (SLD) changed hands and became Banner Solutions, my title changed, but my role remained the same. I’m still working closely with our outside sales team to make sure our customers are getting what they want when they want it.

In my role as an inside sales representative, I work closely with our outside sales reps to source new opportunities in my sales region. Forming relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded each day is my favorite part of the role. Additionally, I filled in for a manager who was out for an extended period of time, taking over the purchasing position, where I oversaw inventory and used my sales knowledge to order the appropriate products and supplies for the company.

I started my career with Strauss Lock Distributors (now Banner Solutions) as a warehouse associate. For a year and a half, I learned the ins and outs of the business while keying (key cutting), shipping, and picking and fulfilling orders.
