Bagpiper, Guitarist and DJ Michael Lancaster is a very versatile and highly sought after musician. Michael has been a professional musician and instructor since 1992. He has been playing guitar for 30 years and the bagpipes since 1987. He has a B.S. in Music from the University of Colorado at Denver where he is currently an instructor of music. Michael is also a member of the American Federation of Musicians, Denver Musicians Association and the Denver Wedding Professionals, the Association of Bridal Consultants, Funeral and Memorial Vendors Association of Colorado and a founding member of the Centennial State Pipe Band.Michael has performed for audiences from the Colleges of California to the Pubs of Ireland and he currently performs at 275+ functions a year, including weddings, funerals, military functions, schools, retirement homes, golf tournaments, parties, corporate functions, promotions, conventions, bars, and more. Michael is a very versatile musician and has the experience to custom tailor any performance to suit any type of function.
