Worked here before and after working at Prime Health Services. Actual work time is 11 years.Primary role for the majority of my time spent at Kroger Pharmacy was inventory and insurance specialist. Insurance Specialist: Work with insurance companies and providers in order to insure patients received the highest standard of care. Contacted doctors daily providing them with options listed under patient's formulary and established a affordable option for the patient. Worked with insurance companies daily to file the necessary documentation in order to allow coverage for prescription medication prescribed by physicians (usually newer, non-formulary medication) Inventory Specialist: Maintained a financial and day supply amount of inventory set by Kroger Corporate through means of regulating and returning medication when necessary.

Managed a team of provider contractors by supervising sales calls, distributing and maintaining leads for each team member and answering questions pertaining to current sales calls. My primary role was to contact providers across the country providing information and ultimately selling/contracting providers to the Prime Health Services Network.
