 Serve as member of the senior leadership team in collaboration with channel director, senior field sales managers, field operations manager, and national account managers in the development and execution of retail strategy on behalf of a region generating $36MM per month. Retail accounts include Costco, AAFES, Apple and Wal-Mart.  Utilize keen skills and industry insight to improve process management and streamline costs while increasing ROI.  Spearhead training and development programs, including the deployment and management of seven area sales managers and 49 account representatives to date, while designing training materials to be used on national and regional levels. Led dozens of direct reports promoted to managerial positions. Consistently achieve sales goals of 140% month-after-month. Track financial metrics, including sales growth reports and historical inventory trends, to disseminate progress.  Play a key role in the development and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and quality standards.

My initial role at Marketsource on the HP Program saw me in direct support of big name clients such as Best Buy, Staples, Microcenter, PC Richard, Costco, BJs, J & R, B & H, OfficeMax, and Wal-Mart, where I maintained responsibility over $330MM in annual revenue. I also led the training and development of 50 teammates while improving internal processes and operations through various means.
