Also responsible for the management and control of all Products that have to be Third Party Certified to current EN , EMC standards in line with CPR regulations. The company's main contact between Notified bodies and testing Laboratories including BRE, UL and Intertek Etc. Responsibility to Project Manage all UK New model introductions from concept to manufacturing utilizing Prince 2 training. Experienced in Lean manufacturing techniques including Six-Sigma and Theory of Constraints. An ILM Level 5 certificate holder for Leadership & Management.

Responsible for all Maintenace of Factory utalising internal team and external contractors. Negotiated and Controled all factory Contracts including Security,Ground maintenance and cleaning etc. Negotiated all energy Contracts and controlled and monitored usage. Project Managed all Company projects for building changes etc. Responible for all factory Health and safety systems, Risk assessments,Fire Risk assessments. COSHH,Contractor control Etc. Training of employees on all health and safety aspects. a holder of NEBOSH certificates in Occupational Health and Safety & Fire Safety and Risk Management. Also Certificates for Principles of Manual Handling , Accident investigation and IOSH Managing Safely.

Manufactured prototype components for Aviation equipment . Controlled the day to day operation of production machine Shop producing mass production components.
