To this day we are the only data security solutions provider to offer both data erasure and physical destruction solutions.• Business Management-Beyond recruiting sales, technical and operations employees I wasresponsible for marketing programs and trade shows. I also managed the technical employees as wellas strategy for department growth.• Innovation-We introduced cutting edge marketing programs for the industry including custom rentals, leasing and training programs for new entries into the electronics reuse market. When the business was started there were mostly software only providers, we designed and introduced new purposely built hardware systems that could run software from any of our partners offering greater productivity and application diversity.
