Orchestrated IT operations spanning three Duracell North America manufacturing facilities, distribution center, packaging center and a P&G paper manufacturing facility and distribution center. Directed full-scope IT operations of LaGrange facility including disaster recovery planning, BCPs, cyber security, contract administration, vendor relations, staff leadership, SOX compliance, and long-term IT strategy development. Project-managed rewiring of manufacturing floor from CAT 5 to CAT 6 and separated networks to drastically enhance LAN connectivity. Transitioned AS400 barcode system at LaGrange facility to a P&G system.Reinforced IT intrusion prevention by implementing firewall on the manufacturing floor.

Managed two contractors in supporting RPG AS400 manufacturing program and directed migration of JDE GL, AP applications and vendor management systems to Gillette MySAP.Deployed and supported time & attendance system at LaGrange manufacturing facility.
