I'm a seasoned HR practitioner with many years of generalist experience and my forte is in Industrial Relations. I was an ex chairman of a private association of employers during my past tenure of employment. My role was to advise all HR practitioners from a myriad of industry. I guide & coach them on all HR related matters especially on IR.My skillset includes life coaching, lean management & managing work performance in both construction & manufacturing. I design & devise KPI aligned to an Organisation Roadmap. I work very closely with EXCO members in managing their expectations.I not only hunt for right talent but a right fit for the organisation I work with. Talent acquisition is one of my many achievements thus far.
