Fulton Hogan are engaged in a design and construct agreement with NBN to rollout 170,000 premises across Western Melbourne. Responsibilities were as follows- Development of organizational structure as required to meet project requirements and work profile- Liaise with Design Partner to review and value add to the design process including design optimization and constructability improvements - Medium/Long term Planning focusing on trade specific resource requirements to meet contract milestones - Engage subcontractor Trades through competitive tendering process for each work package- Cost and production tracking of Fulton Hogan Self perform Civil and Telecommunications crews - Produce weekly progress reporting to Senior Management- Review and approve Month end reporting (Forecasting) using JDE systems- Review and Approve subcontractor invoices and issue new work instructions as required (Tickets of work)- Liaise with NBN Co (Project Client) with weekly program meetings and for variation and scope change review/approvals
