I am currently employed as an Analyst for the TRAK banking group. It is my job to ensure that accurate information is being relayed from the TRAK database to the database at The Moore Law Group. This is done through the extensive use of Microsoft Excel reports and analyzing what is available from our program, JST. From there it is a matter of comparing and deducing how or why the data matches or doesn't match in the system.

I worked as a Data Transfer Clerk, collecting and uploading media for Clients (banks including Bank of America, Chase, etc.) regarding debtors. Media is imported using a program provided by the company, JST, and various reports are gathered on a daily basis to keep tab on how the entire firm is progressing.From my time here, I have progressed faster than many previous workers that have had the same position. I picked up many daily and weekly tasks to help my team and have optimized many tasks through ongoing projects in order to steadily increase workflow. This position requires efficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and has taught me various tricks and tools that can be used in Excel to further propel my career in the future.This team consists of three individuals, and I took the time to cross train in many of their tasks, so they can be covered whenever a person is missing. This skill has been helpful in being able to understand each other's work and better optimize how we work as a team.

I worked for a company that works for Amazon directly. We received packages from the Amazon warehouse and delivered them in a timely manner. This job promotes a fast-paced work environment and has helped me learn time management skills, as well as how to apply myself on a day-by-day basis.Within the first few months working here I was promoted to a DOT Delivery Associate from Delivery Associate, allowing me to drive Amazon Trucks rather than vans and take on more work. Additionally, I took on several other responsibilities, such as closing fleet, where I made sure all vans and trucks returned to the lot, organized packs, counted phones and keys, and helped ensure the safety of our lot.During my time at Jeronimo Logistics, I have received several awards ranging from Highest Customer Reviews to Safest Driver. I have multiple awards for 1st and 2nd place for safe driving.

I worked as an instructor, teaching children from grades 2 to 12 the fundamentals of mathematics. My job was to ensure a positive growth for both Mathnasium and each child's learning development. At the end of the day, I strived to see children walking away smiling and enjoying their time learning mathematics.Within the first few months I was promoted from Instructor to Lead Instructor. This increased my job responsibilities to have to manage other instructors and take on other administrative works in the job space. Throughout my time there, I was also responsible for anything technical that occurred, helping fix computers and printers so they functioned properly.As COVID hit, I became the Head of Online Operations and focused on ensuring the financial success of the company online. My job required me to make sure that the instructors were able to teach online using the tool provided to us by Mathnasium Headquarters and help instructors learn to use the program. Within the first month we were able to get students online and help teach them from a remote setting, allowing the company to thrive and make its way through the pandemic smoothly.
