Oversee multiple departments and associates, including customer pickup, chair assemble, repair shop, mattresses, major damage, rewrap and spray booth. I Evaluate productivity numbers and determine how data contributes to department’s overall productivity

I am responsible for oversight of enrollment management at one or more Barry University sites or PODS within one county. I supervise Administrative Assistants, and site management staff. As the Site Manager, I coordinates enrollment management functions with the recruitment team. I am responsible for managing facilities and working collaborative with the Business Process unit. I am also responsible for assisting Academic Coordinators and University Program Chairs in the selection of adjunct faculty, processing of HR paperwork, and orienting new adjuncts. I collaborate with our recruitment team to seek and create partnerships with local entities - both corporate and municipal - in an effort to increase enrollment. I collaborate directly with the Director of Operations and with the Business Process unit. As the site manager , I collaborate with Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and community partners to develop a schedule of courses based on course rotations provided by Academic Coordinators that meets the needs of current and prospective students.I handle a full advisor load of students, over 50, where I assist with the selection process of courses in order to get our students to graduate in a successful and timely fashion.I also recruit for the University in Broward County attending various events and roll calls through various companies, police and fire departments. I am a member of the Pembroke Pines/Miramar Chamber of Commerce too where I attended various meetings and events in order to develop partnerships with other organization in our community.

I am responsible for the coordination of the PACE academic schedule to include: communication with all constituents, curriculum set-up in the University’s database for all locations, creation and distribution of faculty related reports. This position also Oversees any PACE course related issues in the database. Controls the and directs the creation of PACE courses system-wideOther responsibilities in this positions are to controls and maintain the PACE academic schedule websites and provides various weekly and yearly faculty course loads reports.I also assists the Director with controlling the proper use of the database as well as coordinating and presenting database training to support staff.
