RnLS is an online system running in a secure clustered J2EE environment using IBM WebSphere, WebSphere MQ, Web Server, Load Balancer and Daon Facial Image technology. My responsibilities include software installation, automated deployment/configuration, patching, upgrade, monitoring, performance testing /tuning, TLS certificate management, programming, troubleshooting, change/release management and capacity planning- Participate in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration project to migrate various systems from on-premise WebLogic to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Conduct comprehensive performance baseline comparison and tuning to ensure smooth transition with no performance degradation and business impact.- Provide administration and support for various J2EE systems and shared infrastructure such as SFTP, MQ, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, Owncloud, DataStage, telalert- Maintain enterprise business and infrastructure monitoring using AppDynamics, Aternity, Anypoint Monitoring, PagerDuty, MicroFocus APM, ELK, Nagios, Cacti and in-house JMX management tool

HP BPM is a comprehensive end-to-end monitoring solution that provides both top-down and bottom-up view of the system performance and availability.- Develop and maintain system dashboard and reporting for management and operational support- Develop and maintain deployment script / framework written in Jython, Java and Apache ANT- Provide 24x7 on-call support- Implement change, configuration, incident and risk process based on ITIL model- Implemented new Queensland Smart Driver License card system across all customer service centres in Queensland.
