- Currently leading a large, global Program Management team of fifteen PM's supporting our Powertrain Operations business unit.- Unified all global locations under a single Program Management process. Implemented a single, global APQP tool for managing all critical program launch deliverables through KPI's.- Implemented global Program Management reporting standards including establishment of global launch metrics, monthly program reviews and dashboarding. Implemented financial budget tracking within Program Management with emphasis on Customer Tooling and CAPEX expenditures. Lead weekly quote reviews between operations and executive management.- Provide Program Management support for global Purchasing cost reduction initiatives and provide operations support for supplier risk management.- Corporate PLM stakeholder responsible for implementing both Program and Change Management tools within Dayco (using PTC Windchill software suite).- Provide Program Management recommendations to C-Suite executives on global strategic initiatives.

Responsible for leading a team of six Program Managers in the North/South America region, covering Powertrain, Belts and V&A product lines. Tasked with the re-imagining of Dayco's APQP system into one, unified global process. Completely re-imaged the process in nine months, with full global deployment and training in less than a year. Took the existing database tool and replaced it with Windchill/ProjectLink, with successful go-live in March 2018.

Executed cross-functional leadership to expedite launch of the 2016 GM Onix Damper program in Contagem, Brazil (completed in <6 months). Tasked with growing the newly formed Program Management organization. Instrumental in the selection, hiring and onboarding of all Program Managers at Dayco.
