At Swanson Flo I am responsible for selling flow control equipment and services to customers in various industries. The job involves identifying potential customers, building relationships with them, and providing them with customized solutions that meet their specific needs. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to work independently, and be proficient in technical sales.Duties and Responsibilities:• Build relationships with existing and potential customers to identify their needs and provide them with customized solutions• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the features and benefits of flow control equipment• Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to create proposals and quotes for customers• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close sales• Provide after-sales support to customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry developments• Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and generate leads
