Provides technical and analytical services in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) Siting Clearinghouse to assess onshore and offshore renewable energy, transmission line, and offshore oil and gas exploration and recovery project impacts on the DoD mission and national security. Analyzes, on average, 400+ renewable energy projects per month for impacts to DoD operations, readiness, testing, and training missions, making recommendations for course of action to DoD.
