Coordinated Diminished Manufacturer Source and Material Shortage meetings to plan paths forward in sustaining Swiss Electronic Warfare systems. Coordinated effort between NAVAIR Headquarters and NAVAIR Lakehurst on procurement of requested Support Equipment. Monitored a $1.8M procurement of Advanced Targeting Forward Looking Infrared pod critical spares.
