• Develop and manage a portfolio of new accounts, and maintain these accounts over time in theappointed geographical area.• Generate incremental business from existing accounts.• Accountable for achievement of client account sales, volume and profit targets.• Build and maintain a portfolio of key IT and business executive level relationships.• Create and close large, complex, multi brand opportunities with senior executives by deliveringhigh impact value proposition.• Build, monitor and develop sales pipeline activities to different sales stages using Salesforce.com.• Gain business buy-in for key account business development opportunities from internalstakeholders, both locally and regionally.• Provide business rationale and risk assessment for making investment into the accounts.• Recruit, develop, educate and incentivize alliance partners to work with CSI Leasing to promoteofferings to clients.• Develop marketing programs with alliance partners such as seminars, and bundle standardofferings for lead generation.• Responsible for revenue growth for remarketing equipment and account receivablesmanagement.• Leverage full suite of CSI’s portfolio offerings in order to value-add to customers’ business,increase their total funding facilities, create customer loyalty and increase customer satisfaction.• Forge close working relationships with internal stakeholders in cross-functional departments,ensuring that clients receive a positive service experience, whilst ensuring clients meet internalcompliance, credit and risk policies.• Be the chief representative for CSI Leasing on the business portfolio management.

*Achieve monthly sales budget (KPI). *Create and report sales plans, forecasts and achievement.*Embark on a proactive relationship management management to strengthen and deepen relationship with existing customers, hence building a strong foundation for customer growth.*Propose, implement and report various sales-related activities. *Manage and service designated portfolio of business partners and customers. *Credit Assessment of applications, coordinate and work with support officers. *Ensure compliance for sales and credit activities.*Ensure compliance in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).*Provide guidance to junior staff on daily job activities*Manage multiple products. E.g. Business loan, Equipment loan, Leasing, Hire Purchase, Renovation Loan etc.
