1. Operations duties· Support the Managing Director for the assigned Region to ensure the implementation of the Company Business Plan and Safety Plan in their region.· Manage day-to-day operations of the local team to ensure process efficiency and cost effectiveness of the business.· Oversee program to build competence and capability of the local team including inspection, friction test, Safety Management System, HEMP, MoC, Auditing training, etc.· Participate in Monthly Safety and Operations Meeting/teleconference and periodic engagements.· Build a continuous improvement agenda which incorporates best practices globally and which generates value for the local business demands, culture and processes including HSSE.· Participate in new global projects, conferences, meetings, and industry events where relevant.2. Business Development duties· Contact potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings and maintain good business relationship with regular engagement/updates.· Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives/needs.· Coordinate movements of products across countries including freight forwarding protocols.· Find, develop and conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs to improve sales.· Assist to develop business proposals and quotes and for clients.· Conduct periodic trend analysis of market trends or emerging risks, and to develop and implement appropriate remedial plans for the region.3. Safety duties· Champion safety leadership attributes and felt visibility to local team to ensure safety remains as top priority in the pursue of no harm to Personnel and Protection of the Environment.· Consolidate, validate and report HSSE performance for the Region.· Contribute to the development of the annual Safety audit program, execute and support the close out of actions identified.· Ensure that all incidents and near misses/unsafe acts are captured and reported periodically.

-Developed annual Logistics strategy in which included the mode of road transport, relocation of personnel, allocation of equipments materials and tools, disposal of wastes liquids.-Managed the dedicated suppliers(3 PL) to ensure service provided and HSSE compliance in line with global SOP and LSR's guidelines associated with transportation and conduct KPI reviews and 7 pillar audits on monthly logistics activities to consistently improve the 3PL's performance.-Lead CSRs/JMAs to operate daily logistics activities such as site visits, IVMS upgrading, vehicles inspection, inventory management ,warehousing handling, to ensure all being documented and traceable. besides, in charge of developing relevant training program for users-Engaged with the revised work of logistics procedures and operating manuals and ensured up-to-date editions have been updated periodically, and being strictly implemented by users(3PLs/Staff/Contractors)-Reviewed monthly expenses report with relevant procurement in attempt to optimize the process of workflow that has met the target of saving up to 20% off by reducing low productivity business.-Organized various logistics HSSE scenario plan for internal staff and suppliers such as training program, emergency response, firefighting drills, medical treatment role play, Toolbox meeting, incident lesson learned sharing, DDT training delivery.-Set up team to engage incident investigation associated with logistics transport activities and LSR's violation (Consequence management)and with the cases to be shared in Global Logistics Conference..-Worked closely with across functions to support the projects until it was finished that have completed 4 logistics phase from Construction-Operation-Production-Distribution-On behalf of Shell to liaise with local authorities&Government to support logistics procedures guidelines are in line with nation's regulations& Law and keep abreast of up to date policies to be documented,
