* Control and Analyze, On An On-Going Basis, from the Standpoint of Optimum Quality Levels of Product and Service* Establish and Maintain Effective Staffs Relations* Interviewing and Hiring New Staffs* Performance Appraisal* Coaching, Counseling, And Dismissal Rearrangement For Staffs* Develop and Implement Formal Training Plans for Beverage & Food Department* Supervise and Co-ordinate Pricing and Preparation of Menus, Beverage and Wine Lists* Determine the Minimum and Maximum Beverage & Food Par Stocks* Approve All Wine Purchase and Other Beverage & Food Items* Maintain Overall Beverage & Food Financial Result And Profitability* Analysis Projected Business* Identify The Operation Result And Problem* Keep an Up-to-Date Recipe File for All Beverage & Food Items, Including Sales History, Sales Mix, Actual Costs, Potential Costs, Par Stock and Production Time* Implement a Daily, Weekly and Monthly Checklist for All Food & Beverage Departments.* Submit Monthly Report to the Dir.
