As Executive Director of the Creative Defense Foundation I lead the foundation in designing and curating conferences that provide executive forums with America's Innovative Entrepreneurs and National Security Executives for driving creative disruption to produce positive change in national security through the use of exponential technologies.

Hired to build a Defense Practice for Deloitte at the inception of the Federal Practice. My focus was to leverage my deep experience with leading transformation leveraging exponential technology across DoD. Lead the initial development of the DoD business including a $50M Navy practice over 5 years including the Audit Readiness consulting program, Navy ERP program and NGEN Intellectual property program that saved the Navy $950m. Integrated the Bearing Point Navy Practice with Deloitte. Took over the Army practice and integrated the Deloitte and Bearing Point teams while growing the practice by 20% per year. Lead the Defense Strategic Development programs including creation and delivery of all major federal strategic capture workshops, FEDSIM capture management, and several $B captures. Drove sales exceeding $1b in life cycle value year over year.

Key leader of the Navy Industrial Improvement Program (NIIP) from inception in 1984. Lead the IT portion of a SECNAV assessment of the Naval Shipyards, Naval Aviation Depots, Naval Ordnance Activities and Public Works Centers. Lead the NIIP programs for Shipyard IT and entire Aviation Depot program. Instrumental leader for the Advanced Industrial Management (AIM) program including PM for Supervisors Desk System. These programs transformed Navy Maintenance, saving Billions while improving fleet readiness. VP and leader of the Navy Group for Consulting and Systems. Lead the creation of Procurement Desktop Defense COTS product and managed positioning, Capture and Management of the DoD wide Standard Procurement System (SPS) Program. This program was the first Commercial COTS solution under the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act using FAR Part 12. Completed implementation and FOC across Army, Navy, Air Force and Defense Agencies for comprehensive contract writing and management across DoD. Program has been in continuous operation for over $100B in contract awards annually since 1998. Lead an IT consulting team and positioned for Program support for the Navy Engineering Drawing Management Improvement Capability (EDMICS), a Navy CALS program. Ultimately won the program at AMS and managed the client delivery.

Program Manager for Naval Ordnance Activities MIS. Also lead PM for development of an enterprise Industrial Logistics Information System in 2 years and implemented across the Naval Surface Warfare Centers.
