Main duties include instruction of PBUSE Operations and methods for Unit Level and Property Book Level personnel. Unit Level instruction includes generic information on operational modes and PBUSE terminology. Unit Level specific instruction in areas of assigning user roles, view/maintain parameter tables, view/update organizational data, view/respond to alert messages, catalog procedures/maintenance, hand receipt procedures/maintenance, MILSTRIP procedures, system interfaces with other STAMIS systems, operational/basic load procedures/maintenance, component management, asset visibility, activity register, reports from PBUSE, and organizational clothing/individual equipment procedures/maintenance. Property Book Level instruction generic instruction includes operating modes and terminology and PBUSE system overview. PBO specific instruction includes assigning/maintaining/approving user roles, view/maintain parameter tables, view/maintain organizational data, establishment of new units in system, derivative UIC establishment for deployments, catalog procedures (including SLAMIS), authorizations maintenance, asset adjustments, asset description updates, serial/registration/lot number updates, administrative adjustment reports, lateral transfers, alert messages/outgoing messages, unit transfer/task force split operations, UIC change transactions, hand receipt procedures, MILSTRIP procedures, interfaces with other STAMIS systems, total package fielding procedures, activity register maintenance/research, asset visibility procedures, and reports from PBUSE. Additional duties included Command Supply Discipline Program evaluator for supported units in the Fort Campbell, KY area. Specific duties with this include the evaluation of Company, Battalion S4, Brigade S4, and Property Book Office compliance with regulatory guidelines covering the Command Supply Discipline Program, providing follow-up evaluations to annotate progress toward compliance.

Served as the Property Book Technician for 506th Infantry Regiment (4th Brigade Combat Team), habitually aligned to support the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, KY. Duties include: Process Catalog LIN number requests through the Standard Study Number Line Item Number Automated Management & Integrating System (SLAMIS) to add and change non-type classified equipment to the PBUSE Nonstandard catalog, review Administrative Adjustment Reports (DA Form 4949) for accuracy. Recommend approval/ disapproval to the PBO and conduct PBUSE Adjustments with approval, conduct authorization reviews for CTA equipment. Conduct Hand Receipt Reviews and make necessary adjustments in PBUSE, determine the type of funding requirements for Army versus Unit equipment authorizations and submit requisitions with PBO authorization, review and process unit equipment turn-in requests. Assign document numbers via PBUSE for suspense and complete turn-in posting as turn-ins are completed. Review and process unit equipment receipt documents in PBUSE. Produce monthly reports; hand receipts, cyclic and sensitive item inventories and consolidated property book listings, maintain filing systems, maintain the document supporting file to ensure documentation accountability to maintain 100% accountability of all documentation. Review and accept customer delegation of authority cards (signature cards) and provide PBUSE transactional processing data by individual unit.

Served as the Supply Clerk for 3rd Brigade Combat Team S-4, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, KY. Duties Include: Supervision of the Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPL) program for Brigade S-4. Reviewed FLIPLs for accuracy and legality under the provisions of Army Regulation 735-5. Updated Brigade policy for FLIPL procedures as required by regulation and guidance by the Brigade Command and Brigade S-4 Officer. Assigned FLIPL tracking numbers and acted as liason to all Property Book Offices to assign document numbers as required. Tracked progress of investigations performed by Investigating Officers and updated Chain of Command as necessary. Expedited progress as required due to failing to meet time constraints by units/Investigating Officers. Also responsible for the Government Travel Card program for 3rd BCT. Initiated requests for new travel cards as required by supported soldiers. Tracked expenditures of soldiers on Temporary Duty (TDY) to ensure compliance with Government Travel Card guidelines and applicable Army Regulations. Ensured soldiers were in compliance with guidelines for payment of charges to Travel Card Company. Also responsible to the Brigade S-4 to ensure all Total Package Fieldings were planned and executed as required. Coordinated with the BCT Property Book Office to ensure proper quantities were distributed to units as required by MTOE authorizations.

Served in numerous positions around the world, serving in such positions as Supply Specialist, Supply Sergeant, Battalion S4 NCOIC, Property Book NCOIC, and assistant Brigade S4 NCOIC. Responsible for the accountability of United States Army equipment and oversight of the Unit Command Supply Discipline Program. Also served in positions of Platoon Sergeant in 5 different units, responsible for the training, health, welfare, promotion, and counseling of more than 130 Soldiers.
