Oversee daily operations and maintenance in the LIH Makerspace Rapid Prototyping Lab. Make suggestions and provide feedback on design changes to users based on machine capabilities.Work with Lane Innovation Hub and Statler College Safety Officers to create and document user training requirements and lab safety protocols for Lane Innovation Hub facilities. Work with LIH Director to develop plan to coordinate facility access with satisfactory completion of equipment utilization and safety trainings.Develop, maintain, and perform trainings/workshops with courses and research projects, personal projects, and external users to ensure the safe operations of the equipment. Decide depth of training based on the hazardous nature of each piece of equipment and the corresponding task being performed. Assess trainings on a quarterly basis and revise as necessary.Oversee trained and qualified facilities users to ensure the safety of the user, occupants, and equipment. Provide guidance and oversight when necessary and guarantee that procedures and protocols are upheld. Take the necessary action to safeguard users, employees, and facilities within Lane Innovation Hub guidelines.Create an access schedule and staffing plan for use of the facilities.

 Participates in exhibition planning and program development, including shipping logistics, budgeting, and coordination of installations.  Work as part of the arts administration to develop, collaborate, and support curricula in cross-disciplinary educational opportunities across campus Contributes to museum programming providing lectures and tours Work with a wide range of artists in different media to resolve installation concerns in a timely and courteous manner. Collaborate with Museum Educator and curator to assist in cross-disciplinary programming for community, grade school, and university classes.  Maintain the visual appearance of the galleries through repairs, painting, building pedestals, adjusting lights, setting up A/V, and fabricating through the collaboration with curator(s) and/or visiting artist.  Contribute directly to creative problem solving in the context of installing all artwork including non-traditional, and public artworks.  Manage two graduate student assistants. Create tasks, reach deadlines, and pose gallery responsibilities for exhibition success on a scheduled rotating basis.  Photograph and document the Art Museum’s collection for the TMS digital data-base and appraisals.  Work directly with the Art Museum curator installing art in the Ware Family Gallery at Blaney House, West Virginia University. (President’s house) and other satellite locations throughout campus. Instrumental in facilitating the move of over 3,000 art objects from previous collection storage to the new on-site location at the art museum.  Track environmental and pest monitoring of exhibit and collection storage spaces.  Determine labor, equipment, and material costs on projects Work with outside vendors to include: framing, signage, shipping, property management.  Create an edit wall labels and didactics.  Design and fabricate museum furniture to include: pedestals, plinths, shelves, tables, and walls to AAM and ADA standards

 Worked directly with the curator to ensure the academic year art exhibitions were installed properly on a rotating basis. Approximately 16 exhibitions per academic year.  Maintained the visual appearance of the galleries. Set up lighting, applied vinyl and signage where applicable, painted, installed and uninstalled artworks.  Worked with visiting artists and curatorial staff to ensure proper installation in regards to our exhibition space was achieved. I have been exhibiting and/or assisting other artists show their work in galleries and publicly since 1998. Around 2012 I started exhibiting my own work.

I teach Foundations and Drawing classes.

Managed day to day operations. Hired to improve profit and brand recognition through the sales and service of Vespa, Aprilia, and Piaggio motorscooters. Worked with customers, sales staff and mechanics to promote a comfortable and fun work environment while becoming a national top 10 dealer.

Assisted in start-up operations of this small business entity by planning floor space and inventory, establishing vendor relations, and creating an enjoyable work and sales environment with high expectations for values in customer care and service. Developed the marketing and advertising strategies to target the five product lines and an average of 35 models.
