Responsible for working across multiple business areas to ensure new products introduced in HP order management systems that include BTO and CTO solutions with a 98% on time release across HP commercial product lines with a main focus in Thin Clients and Workstations.Provide second level support for order fallout due to product data setup and order management system interfaces.Developed Country of Origin process for PSG regional SKUs to be identified and loaded into a SAP repository that allows restriction of specific customers from ordering non compliant products from VISTA order management system.

Led projects as a Subject Matter Expert related to both AS/400 and SAP order management systems for product data management. This included capturing business requirements for each functional area, creating test scenarios, coordinating user acceptance and regression testing with business users. Developed management of change documents and delivered training material to functional teams. Directly involved with move to production and stability of new functionality to order management systems by trouble shooting errors and working with IT on resolving issues. Executed Sarbanes Oxley product assessments ensuring all product data processes were compliant. Developed and trained individual contributors on new business processes related to product data management.
