Experienced Project Manager and Detailer with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. I'm a student at heart, my natural curiosity and adaptability have always been my strength. With them, I have been able to adjust my thinking to acquire new perspectives that amplify my ability to think critically and solve problems to obtain optimal outcomes. As a Detailer I put myself in the shoes of a builder, detailing a job to reduce complexity and the labour required to erect the building. This skill was taken to a new level as a Project Manager, where this cognitive empathy was required when verifying the scope of work with a client while keeping in mind possible engineering/drafting limitations and potential RFI's. It would be incredibly unjust of me not to mention my former colleague’s positive influence on me. Since I started my journey, every interaction I have had has helped me grow and improve. The proverb "it takes a village to raise a child" is very appropriate. I believe however challenging it may be, to nurture a culture of teamwork, conducting myself with the discipline required to amplify the team's strengths and provide a space for constructive criticism and synthesize a path toward success.
