Current-Ocean Logistics Coordination and overseas and domestic traffic growth. -Generated new development deals with shipping lines from Asia and Europe -Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.-Select transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution.-Diagram supply chain models to help facilitate shipping procees from overseas. -Direct or coordinate warehousing, distribution to reduce costs and improve accuracy. Examine existing procedures or opportunities for streamlining activities to meet product distribution needs. -Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.-Processing all U.S. Customs Entries in House (ISF, Customs Entries, Invoice HTS Classification)-Setup with the trucker the pier p/u's for all our Imports shipments. -Coordinate all export shipment from Point A to Point B include: Ocean Freight Negotiation, Container loading setup, Export Declaration and documents.-Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.-Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.-Implement new or improved supply chain processes.
