Responsible for the characterization, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Chemical Mechanical Polishing process for 0.25 micron HIP7, HIP6, and CDR technologies. Additional duties include: facilitating and implementing cost out programs, mentorship of junior processing engineers, and the introduction of new parts.

Manager for 23 engineers, responsible for the electrical and mechanical design of 0-34.5 kV class liquid-immersed type transformers, vaulted networks, single phase voltage regulators, and commercial poles. Additional duties include: facilitator for continuous improvements relative to product design, quality, process, and cost; strategic planner for all product lines and project leader on new product introductions

Responsible for the mechanical design of 0-34.5 kV class liquid-immersed type transformers in the 45 -5000 KVA range. Specific duties include; testing & evaluation of alternative transformer designs and optimization & cost out initiatives in the areas of material savings, labor savings, and process control.

Responsible for the career management, duty assignments, organizational safety, and deployment of 433 soldiers. Supervised eight personnel charged with the processing & maintaining of performance records, financial and legal transactions, promotions, and personnel replacements

Responsible for the supervision of all logistical support, operational planning, training implementation, storage of arms & munitions, and the maintenance of 51 vehicles, for a unit consisting of a 120 personnel, valued in excess of $5.0 MM.
