Mr. Lowenthal joined Terracon in 2016. Since then he has become a licensed Registered Accessibility Specialist in the State of Texas working from Terracon’s Dallas office. His responsibilities include development of property condition assessment (PCA) reports, construction consulting services (CCS), and accessibility assessments on a local and national basis for fair housing, Department of Community Affairs (DCA), The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), review of architectural and engineering drawings for proposed construction and renovation, Owner’s representation Services included review and commentary on third-party consultant reports, identification and tracking resolution of construction and field-related issues, team meeting participation, compliance with project documents and schedule.
