That experience profoundly influenced my decision to return to school and become an engineer.After completing my degree, I joined Trinity Plastics as a Senior Process Engineer, where I’ve led polyethylene film extrusion and trash bag conversion trials, improved production efficiency by optimizing process parameters, and trained quality control managers. Additionally, I implemented a new defect tracking system that reduced scrap rates by categorizing issues by machine and defect type. My role includes managing the production process, improving quality control systems, and presenting results to company leadership.
