What's your definition of leadership?Customer Service. Operations. Account management. Management. Since I was age sixteen, these are different areas that I have been exposed to throughout different jobs and my career. These words are simply that... words. I am someone who focuses on accountability, responsibility, honesty, trust, respect, and above everything else... doing what's best for all sides. Sometimes it tough making that decision. In the end, a leader has to make that decision and that's who I am... a Leader!For someone who has been a part of the same organization since 2009 as a franchise and now corporate office. I can honestly say change is a must. The evolution of an organization is a must. An organization must evolve to provide more opportunities to those who are part of that organization.As being one of those individuals who worked from the very bottom and was given opportunities to succeed where I feel as others were more qualified… I did not take that lightly. It made me work harder. It made me work smarter. I've learned how to succeed in a grateful manner. I learned how to fail without carrying that weight on my shoulders. It helped me learn how to bring others together so they to could evolve into better individuals and hopefully better leaders for the future.If 2020 taught us anything, WE as people, WE as organizations must evolve. Treat others with respect. Treat others with professionalism. Help individuals grow internally and externally whether they are going to be a part of that organization for the rest of their lives or not. If WE as leaders can help individuals evolve into the future leaders of their brands as well as their society, think about the positive impact that WE are spreading one person at a time.
