As part of a team responsible for providing the business change program for an enforceable undertaking (EU) agreed with ASIC in relation to NAB’s bank bill trading business and participation in the setting of the Bank Bill Swap Rate (BBSW). As part of the agreement, an industry independent expert (IE) was appointed to review and assess the effectiveness of the program plan and design.
