After graduating from Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas and passing the bar in 2001, I began my legal career and was immediately immersed in commercial litigation, civil litigation, collection litigation, construction litigation, oil and gas litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and real estate litigation, and have continued practicing in those areas ever since. My admissions to practice include (of course) all State Courts in Texas; and all federal U.S. District Courts and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in the Northern District, Eastern District, Southern District, and Western District of Texas; as well as the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. If you have a case in Texas there isn't a Court that I cannot make an appearance in.
