My most current position was Training Manager at Security and Event Solutions. I worked many challenging and diverse sites ranging from social care with vulnerable adults and children to festivals that have attendances in their thousands. With these roles and responsibilities I strived to remain as trained and as up to date as possible to help promote safe and beneficial work practices, with my current qualifications being; Level 3 Adult Safeguarding Lead, Fire Warden, Level 2 Mental Health First Aider, First Response in Emergency Care 3, Level 2 Door Supervisor, Level 2 Public Space CCTV and Level 2 in Spectator Safety to name a few.I worked within the company as one of two staff welfare ambassadors. Our role was to promote a safe and positive work environment in a historically stressful and dangerous profession. I and the other ambassador helped staff to raise their concerns with management and keep these claims anonymous if necessary, we also offer our support to staff on sites when and if they needed advice.
