Ensure operational excellence. Responsible for the day to day account management and broking on assigned accounts, manage key processes that serve clients and undertake client-facing and internal activities related to these processes. Maintain lead position to negotiate and secure coverage terms and conditions for program renewals. When not performed within a broking unit, gather and analyze data on exposures, loss history and standard and unique coverage needs for submissions with broker unit. Coordinate renewal process and facilitate timely and accurate flow of information between clients, Account Executive and team members.Build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing clients at senior levels within the company and lead appropriate resources to address client's risk/capital management needs and thereby retain and grow a profitable book of business. Through service, pricing, consultation and reporting, promote the value Aon delivers to clients.

Assist Account Executives and/or Hybrid Account Specialist/Brokers on assigned accounts. Perform account servicing functions including miscellaneous office duties in support of account servicing. Manage client open items lists and respond to client ad-hoc requests. Gather and analyze data and draft assignment elements of client service plans, stewardship reports and other presentations tailored to the needs of the audience and circumstances of the presentation. Actively support and monitor renewal process. At direction of Account Specialist II/Broker, draft quote comparisons and follow up for binders, policies and endorsements. Where applicable, serve as primary interface with accounting serivces, coordinating activities of the client service team and accouting team to ensure that key processes assigned and performed effectively.
