Managed a $1B annual budget for construction, facility sustainment, and base support service for 13 Navy Installations across the East Coast and Mid-Western United States. Developed policy and advise senior Navy leadership on infrastructure investment strategies based on continuous infrastructure risk assessment.

Second in charge of an 800-person expeditionary unit delivering ship-to-shore cargo offloading in undeveloped environments. Provided watercraft to ferry cargo and all shore support efforts including staging, equipment repair, troop berthing, and security. Managed $300M of material assets.

I led 300-person workforce in all aspects of construction, operation, sustainment, and environmental services for $1.8B of infrastructure supporting more than 7000 employees, and 3000 permanent residents. I addition to the facilities infrastructure, I oversaw water production (from several wells) and distribution, high-voltage distribution, and wastewater collection and treatment. The services I provided enabled the US Navy to conduct logistics, reconnaissance, and strategic communications throughout Europe, Africa, and Asia. Managed a $15M annual maintenance budget and a $130M construction portfolio.

I was the first Assistant Public Works Officer and the second Active-Duty military member assigned Naval Support Facility Redzikowo arriving three months before the Navy's newest installation was commissioned 01 October 2016. I established the Public Works Department, developed the installation maintenance plan, negotiated utility contracts, and prepared the Navy to accept more than $200M in new construction. My efforts played a primary role in establishing Ballistic Missile Defense to European ally nations.

Directed technical, contracting, and environmental support for a $200M+ project portfolio supporting four major Navy Installations. Collaborated with local, state, and federal government agencies, environmental regulators, and indigenous tribes to advance US Navy mission.

I supervised 45 personnel in the annual delivery of $5M in design and $30M in construction and service contracts. I arrived three months after separate US Air Force and US Navy bases were merged as a Joint Installation. As the senior Navy Officer within the Public Works Department, I led the organizational restructuring of a 200-person Air Force Civil Engineer Squadron into a Navy Public Works Department.
