I have been in the chemical plants for 12 +years. I have learned so much since I’ve been here. I’m very proud to say that I started from the bottom and work my way up all the way to a superviser hard work really does pay off. I learn how to be rescue trained How to lead a team and be a leader at learning how to process works in the chemical plants from lockout tag out to the catalyst how it works in the vessels to the product on where it goes and how it’s manufactured. Doing confined space Inert and the dangers that come with it made me get a point where I was very excited to learn about safety, where I actually went to go get my NCCER safety certification. I love to learn, and I love to help people better themselves especially when I’ve been in very tough spots, and I learn how to troubleshoot and teach individuals my experiences, and how to overcome them.
