I have worked with Finch Paper on two occasions. 6/99 through 10/02 I worked in our traffic and logistics department. Ensuring our customers were met with the quality, quantity and timely delivery they have come to expect when choosing our brand. This position is responsible for final verification that product is within customers request. I also trained and supported the roll of rate analysis and customer billing. This department has let me had the opportunity to learn first hand the magnitude of cost related to our product. The second time I have had the opportunity to be part of the Finch Paper team was from 01/10 to 05/17. Through this time I have had the position of team leader in multiple departments. 01/10-09/12 I held the roll as shipping team leader. I fine tuned the multi-tasking skills needed to coordinate product from four paper machines as well as our warehouse. I was given the opportunity to transfer to the converting department as a team leader. The position is responsible for schedule of four converting lines as well as a boxing system, skid finishing and roll wrapping. Prioritization is an important skill set to ensure both external and internal customer needs are met.02/14 through 05/17 I held the role as supervisor In the pulp mill / bleach plant. My roll in the pulp mill has been day to day operation of our CL02 plant, two vessel digesting system, sulfur burner and bleaching plant. Safety through the pulp mill is always top priority as we work closely with several highly hazardous chemicals and processes. Audits are completed within OSHA standards and safety is reemphasized daily with my team. Critical equipment is tracked and recorded for maintenance needs to keep production rates as efficient as possible.

Care,custody and control are the fundamentals of corrections. During my time within the Warren County Correctional facility I enjoyed the diversity of the career of corrections officer. Interpersonal communication skills are a foundation to being successful within this field. Having to maintain a productive, healthy environment for the individuals assigned custody to the state was a daily challenge. During my time as correction officer, I was one of the first officers trained in our new facility as a central control operator. We held responsibilities for complete operation of a 250+ inmate facility. A function of this roll was to delegate responsibilities to officers for daily operations including: meal delivery, medication delivery, track and record inmate transfer or transport. Visitation was also closely monitored and continuous monitoring of each housing pod was conducted by central control. Multi-tasking is essential to operate 100+ cameras, multiple phone lines, In house PA systems and multiple radio channels. I also had the opportunity for four of my last years of being a training officer. This taught me leadership skills on evaluation and skill building goals of new officers.
