Manage Business Security Incidents from Reporting to Resolution• Engage and coordinate activities of the extended Incident Response and Remediation Team leveraging business incident response plan, procedures and best practices. • Provide thorough analysis of business security incidents to define scope, risks and impacts.• Develop and/or contribute to the content of root cause analysis documents, talking points for client account teams, interim communications during business security incident management, external communications (i.e. client notification letters), and Client Talking Points/FAQ’s. • Ensure all business security incidents are tracked and updated with appropriate incident details; relevant documents (e.g., reports, client letters, and sample reports) are reviewed and attached to the case where appropriate and documentation in the case is accurate and updated as information is collected. • Create the daily incident update report for senior management and host the review meeting of all US and International incidents in an “open” and “work in progress” status.• Participate in periodic calls to discuss aging cases, open remediation plans, client questions and concerns and other significant issues.• Work with Business Unit Security Officers to resolve recurring incident causes and work with senior management to recommend solutions to reduce incidents.• Train business and global security employees in our incident management software Archer on an as needed basis.

Conduct fraud and data analysis projects in support of RCG (SOX) effort based upon annual fraud risk assessment conducted with top 25 corporate financial managers.• Redesigned expense payables Sox controls which led to $1 million in recoveries.• Used data analytics tools to identify and investigate internal fraud in areas such as Accounts Payables & Receivables, Travel and Purchase Cards and support investigators in documenting for investigations and prosecution.• Assist SOX team with controls testing and remediation during busy season.

• In-charge auditor (direct 3-4 other staff/seniors), assist on other audits.

• Coordinate SOX documentation, walkthroughs and testing for US Architectural Products Group ($1.7 B) and Allied Distribution ($1.1 B) divisions.• Develop test plans and conducted testing for SOX compliance.
