Lead Business Incident Analyst
Current- Manage Business Security Incidents from Reporting to Resolution
- Engage and coordinate activities of the extended Incident Response and Remediation Team leveraging business incident response plan, procedures and best practices.
- Provide thorough analysis of business security incidents to define scope, risks and impacts.
- Develop and/or contribute to the content of root cause analysis documents, talking points for client account teams, interim communications during business security incident management, external communications (i.e..
- Ensure all business security incidents are tracked and updated with appropriate incident details; relevant documents (e.g., reports, client letters, and sample reports) are reviewed and attached to the case where.
- Create the daily incident update report for senior management and host the review meeting of all US and International incidents in an “open” and “work in progress” status.
