Lead Services Specialist - Customer Order And Fulfillment
Current- Manage CT7/T700 Account responsible for serving our Commercial & International Military aftermarket customers. - Facilitate customer order management – generate proposals, process order intake, input into internal systems for 500+ unique parts. Connect to customer portals and systems.- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Forecasting, Fulfillment, Sourcing, and Manufacturing functional support teams to leverage best practices and execute on program requirements.- Integrate with Supply Chain fulfillment leaders to clearly communicate customer requirements leading to timely material releases within supply chain and gather inputs to report material commitments to the customer. Use of strong understanding of supply chain management and business acumen to achieve desired outcomes- Key contact for customer inquiries, complaints and resolution processes.
