 Lead the development and implementation of CareSouth’s group strategic plans for their infrastructure, assets, procurement and fleet Services.  A member of the CareSouth’s Executive leadership group. Project Manage all capex works for the group including new property acquisitions and infrastructure developments.  The financial management of the companies projects, infrastructure and asset management portfolio. Lead, Support and further Develop the inhouse trade team Develop and implement external supplier and in house company guidelines and processes that represent consistency with company culture and expectation.  Develop facilities maintenance service contracts that suit a department/business need with a high focus on ensuring service delivery and equipment/asset reliability and longevity.  Managed the overall tendering process to ascertain the most suitable supplier for all main compliance services of facility management contract and performance manage multiple state wide supplier contracts.  Develop inhouse and contractor maintenance plans that are suited to business need, be sustainable to accommodate growth and encapsulate legislative obligations.  Prepare and present Executive and Board reports that relate to CareSouth’s asset, infrastructure and fleet services.

Provide leadership and management of The Whiddon group's building portfolio with a strong focus on strategic planning, risk management and asset management/ life cycle.Provide ongoing leadership, direction, development and technical advice to all Whiddon Group site managers and maintenance staff.Oversee the construction and commissioning of all new The Whiddon Group developments.Contract manage all Global service operational contracts. Design, implement, review and evaluate quality assurance and control systems in facilities and operational maintenance.
