My talent for the analytical has been key in my eleven years of experience, overseeing the departments of Controlling, Finance, IT and working with business development and knowledge management. I am approachable and empathetic. I believe that an involving management style and a positive attitude creates opportunities for growth and development. Success comes from promoting dedication and passion in already competent colleagues, enabling them to adopt and embrace the company’s direction and vision.My time at Tvilum with three different owners, a bankruptcy and subsequent recovery were difficult conditions. These conditions required a constant need for continuous business development and optimization, which gave me many extensive and valuable insights. These experiences clarified the need for being fact-based and understanding the entire value chain.
