Assigned to TAGM-25 project building configuration records into MERLIN database. Conduct detailed research on parts via tech manual, LSI check sheets and within the MSC Portal and HAYSTACK to determine if APL's exist for the identified systems. Performs QA on final product prior to submission. Developed an internal LSI Check Sheet within Microsoft Access to aid in the preliminary gathering of information prior to data entry, also aiding in the QA process. XRIC Gatekeeper - Responsible for coordination of CDM, TYCOM and ISEA's, requests. Evaluates each request to ensure compliance with established instructions and policies. Develops and maintains performance metrics. - Provides detailed feedback to users for each request in a timely manner. - Developed a detailed "How To" Desk Top Guide to identify the processes for assignment of XRIC's, downloading request from RADMAIL and procedures for completing the monthly report.
