-Assist the over-all management on region’s Business Management Systems (HSEQ)-Develop process flow charts for project life cycle and core HSEQ procedures-Analyse existing work process, procedure and system, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and service improvements -Manage and coordinate regional audit program (HSEQ) and audit resources for HSEQ audits (Internal, external and project) -Conduct internal audit (HSEQ) and generate audit report accordingly-Develop and deliver HSEQ training and provide HSEQ awareness-Provide support and assistance to project regarding the BMS (HSEQ matters)-Work closely with Regional BMS stakeholders, provide support and assistance for them to achieve their goals of being BMS compliant-Support & assist business development team with HSEQ bid queries and provide appropriate HSEQ bid text as per ISO standard compliant reflected in our BMS-Act as HSEQ specialist/adviser as deemed necessary on active projects
