As the Senior BPA, I worked closely with the ITFM management team and the other members of the Office of the CIO to stabilize and enhance the ServiceNow - ITFM Processes, Methodologies, and Taxonomy used, including the monthly reports, analysis, and the related processing efforts. Participated in the reengineering effort to steam-line the monthly activities and process used to generate and allocate the expenses across the IT Towers and Components that are used to manage global departmental and business group expenses. Lead workshops with the IT Leadership and Tower owners to define the requirements and expectations of the data. Thus, new enhancements were defined, tested, converted, and migrated the retrofit to all existing data as well as mapped the new models and formats. Additionally, I was responsible for the month end allocations processing and the related analysis including the dissemination of the data to the Tower leads and IT stakeholders. Collaborated with the ServiceNow team and the IT Finance group to provide a united view of expenses, budgets, and forecasted data.
