Led groups of ten or more people through challenge activities to foster interpersonal trust and enhance teamwork and communication. Prepared and set up the challenge course, communicated expectations and guidelines to participants, and ensured safety at all times.As a lead facilitator, in addition to traditional facilitator duties mentioned above, also designed custom tailored programs for each group dependent on their desired outcome for the experience. Additionally, was responsible for training and overseeing other facilitators

Developed and detailed a user friendly analysis of a new product to augment sales fleet's existing knowledge of the product and maximize sales potential. Researched and presented to superiors a market analysis of current and future technologies in craniomaxillofacial reconstruction.

Supported the product managment process through the development of project requirements and specifications.Executed a quality analysis of ongoing projects and documentation to expedite new product roll-out.

Bridged the age and communication gap between the youth and adults of the church through extensive relationship building, especially with the youth. Planned and led multiple day and week long trips for the youth and their families around town and across the southeastern US.
