• Responsible for managing the recruiting process from planning/sourcing to candidate screening and employment offer.• Partner with clients/hiring managers to determine employment needs and to facilitate an effective and efficient recruiting effort.• Utilize a variety of recruitment resources including our CRM (Bullhorn), LinkedIn, and other social media.• Work with clients and candidates to negotiate employment terms and to finalize offers of employment.• Assist hiring managers in developing or modifying job descriptions for new positions.• Build upon existing client and candidate relationships and prospects for new business and relationships.• Experience leading an offshore sourcing teams of 5+ direct reports to work on multiple IT requirements.• Resolve sensitive customer service issues in a tactful manner.• Develop strong candidate relationships and provide a world-class candidate experience.• Build and maintain a network of highly engaged IT professionals
