• Stakeholder Management – agreeing critical timelines with clients, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time

• Negotiation – working closely with the National Head of Trading on the briefing and negotiation of yearly trading deals in excess of $6m+ each
• Planning- evolving the TABCORP planning process by moving away from sponsorship based planning to media planning based on business, marketing and communications based objectives
• Team Management – managing a team of 8 (direct and shared reports), setting career development plans and actively being involved in their deployment
• Budget Management – overseeing a $20m annual media budget and ensuring that key media partnerships are delivered according to detailed requirements
• Stakeholder Management- liaising with a large array of stakeholders within TABCORP including Media(PR)/Talent/Retail/Partnerships/Creative production
