Responsible for daily price checking and maintenance of £20 billion worth of assets held on various internal/external systems for reporting and investment functions. Arranged movement of collateral with 3rd party counterparties to cover margin differences caused by market movements. Responsibile for the monthly MI reporting analysis for back office operations.

Was responsible for reporting periodic accounts and preparing the half year / year end published accounts. Prepared monthly income forecasts and analysed movement of market values due to trading and market movements. Monitored counterparty exposure trading limits of counterparty clients and disclosure of interest in shares held by the Co-op to the London Stock Exchange. Produced the quarterly Bank of England return and FSA half year and year end reports.

Monitored Gilt Repo investments held by the Co-op Insurance Society, calculated margin differences due to market activity and arranged movement of collateral. Jointly responsible for stock lending UK and Overseas Equities held by the company. Established excellent working relationships with Fund Managers, Co-op Treasury and brokers at numerous financial institutions through telephone and face to face communications. Presentable appearance and professional attitude was paramount.
