Michael Martel has spent most of his career employed at the family business of running a warehousing operation for a National trucking company. Michael has always been interested in Real Estate and has acquired a small portfolio of rentals that include house's, duplex's, older multi-family units and is also developing new multi-family units for sale or rent. Michael is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate including acquiring, developing, building and of course renting. With the family business all closed off he is free to pursue his passion in Real estate and help others begin their journey in generational wealth.
